Having Dereck represent us gave us confidence when we needed it, We contacted 2 Realtors, the first never responded and the 2nd gave us grim expectations as we have a unique property. We contacted Dereck and within minutes he assured us as unique as it may be it posed no challenges and assured us he would get it sold.
