Beckett was wonderful finding a home for us! He was able to help us negotiate a VA assumable property in a great neighborhood. We were very nervous because we were buying this house “unseen”, but Beckett helped us feel at ease with video recordings and helping us with inspections and etc. Even after the closing, he was able to help us with local recommendations and minor issues. I could not have asked for a better agent than Beckett! We toured several homes in the Lacey/Olympia area and throughout each of them he was incredibly knowledgeable about the neighborhoods, housing market, and building practices. He pointed out a lot of things (negative and positive) about the homes that we just overlooked. In doing so, it truly felt like he had our back and our best interests in mind. This continued during negotiations when Beckett got our first offer accepted and more (all repairs paid for)! After closing he offered to personally help move out a play-set that the seller had left behind in the backyard and also offered to help us move in which shows just how far he will go for his clients and how much he cares. Beckett is a former builder, so he has alot of insider knowledge about everything from the roof tiles to the plumbing and wiring. He's great to have along to evaluate the quality of buildings. He was super responsive  and kept us updated. We also appreciated that he gave us different ways to consider and evaluate our options. You can tell that he just really likes helping people.
