My husband and I purchased our first home this month with the help of Alex Pina. We had only ever rented and purchasing a home of our own was exciting and terrifying in equal measure. Alex was a fabulous resource of information, reassurance, and connectivity. When we had questions he was with us right away with answers or to say that he was looking into it. 

During home tours, he would be texting the other agent as we were there to get clarifications and answers on all sorts of things from heating queries to noise grade.  I understand that the process for purchasing a home can be long and filled with hurdles, but I was thrilled to close in less than six weeks from starting the hunt and with very limited stumbles or any kind.  Alex was very personable and kind. The whole Aaron Thomas team is top notch. Jada our Client Care Manager was great and kept us up to date during the whole process. Her communication was great and she really kept us up to date. I always knew what was finished and what was up next.
